Directions for Use:
Stovetop for 4 Servings: In a saucepan, bring 3 cups (700 ml) of water to a boil. Add 1 cup (250 ml) Scottish oats. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes (depending on how chewy you like your oats). Stir occasionally. Add 1/4 tsp salt (optional). NOTE: Scottish oats are best prepared on a stovetop. Microwaving is not recommended.
